RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure correct and timely entry of all receivables data: reconcile revenue, and bank accounts to accounting software AMIS.
To ensure all entries on the Daily sale report of the Online store are compared with POS data and received cash on receivables accounts.
To work with sales teams or partners to update and solve related issues relevant to the receivables section when to occur.
To track all revenue and discount activities and summarize data per store on a Discount report weekly and monthly basis.
To summarize the actual revenue to commission monthly for Offline and online stores.
To forecast and update reports on receivable inflow for the current month based on actual sales on a daily basis.
To issue sale invoices for Online and E-commerce channels weekly and monitor the status of issuing sale invoices for other stores.
To reconcile revenue, and receivable accounts in the month-end closing.
To handle arising problems regarding late debt collection.
To work with the bank to register new payment terms, and payment tools to reduce payment time and procedures of customers.
Other duties assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
Having experience in accounting service or Retail company is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Ability to work independently, carefully, and accurately.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
