JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

HIRING INFORMATION

 •    Quantity 01 (One) 

 •    Office address at 62 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-    To check Daily sale tracking files performed by offline, mall, and E-commerce sale teams to clear receivables weekly.

 -   To record revenue transactions on AMIS software and issue sale invoices to send out to customers.

 -    To book cash received from bank accounts, e-wallet weekly.

 -    To issue sale invoices for offline stores, and malls.

 -    To record E-commerce expenses of E-commerce channels: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok monthly. 

 -    To keep payment Doc, VAT invoices, and contracts. 

 -    To check documents and do domestic payments on e-banking. 

-    To record bank transactions of payable accounts. 

-    To record goods, packaging, and embellishment input for imports and domestic deliveries. 

-    To track packaging monthly and do stock counts quarterly. 

-    Other duties assigned by the Senior General Accountant. 

REQUIREMENTS 

 -    0 - 1 year-experience. 

 -    Having experience at the accounting service company is preferred. 

 -    Strong organizational and analytical skills.

 -    Problem-solving. 

 -    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

 -    Basic skills in English communication.
