ADMIN INTERN

YOU WILL DO:

1. Administrative Management at The Office Building

• Make payments for monthly fixed costs (electricity, water, household water,...) 

• Maintain and repair items when necessary. 

• Manage incoming and outgoing documents.

• Building a 5S office environment. 

• Manage and arrange meetings.

2. Administrative Management of Internal Office Activities:  

• Providing stationery, food, and other necessities.

• Manage service contracts (cleaning, security...) 

• Internal logistics activities 

• Process and organize documents in the office. 

• Book flight tickets and hotel reservations; Taxi card control and Grab business account control... 

3. Support for Events and Other Tasks: 

• Assist in organizing and conducting internal events or group activities. 

• Complete other tasks as required by the HR Manager.
