PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT
HIRING INFORMATION

• Office address at 62 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update cash balance daily on Bank, Shopee e-wallet, Lazada e-wallet.
- Follow payable accounts and plan payment timeline based on the Payment request.
- Check payment documents are correct, according to regulations, and do domestic and oversea payments on Internet banking.
- Monitor the advance and refund advance payment of staffs following SOP.
- Book good receipts, payments, and expense entries to Misa.
- Keeping VAT invoices, contracts, import documents monthly.
- Reconcile Payable accounts to month-end closing in within 10 days.
- Prepare VAT input list and double-check with VAT invoices quarterly.
- Follow Supplies payable as per Purchase Orders Tracking monthly.
- Other tasks assigned by Senior General Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree at Accounting field
- At least 6-month experiences in payable monitoring expenses
- Have good knowledge of Vietnamese taxation, at least VAT
- Have experience using Misa software is prefer.
