RESPONSIBILITIES

This scope of work ensures a comprehensive and strategic approach to Floralpunk's marketing initiatives, focusing on enhancing brand identity, increasing customer engagement, and driving business growth.
 

  1. Planning & Performance Tracking
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop the Annual Marketing Master Plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed Monthly Marketing Action Plans, including trade marketing, social media, PR/communication, and content marketing strategies.
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns targeting specific objectives (e.g., brand awareness, sales growth, customer retention).
  1. Performance Reporting:
  • Deliver Monthly & Annual Performance Reports, analyzing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track social media and paid marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
  1. Marketing Activities
  1. Branding Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee branding campaigns from concept to completion, managing checklists, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  2. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the art director to manage Monthly Photoshoots and Video Productions.
  • Ensure content aligns with branding objectives and communicates effectively with the target audience.
  1. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive Social Media Strategy targeting revenue and branding goals.
  • Oversee content creation, distribution, and response management for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute Paid Advertising Campaigns, optimizing channels like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Analyze online store and campaign performance, implementing strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and sales.
  1. PR & Communication:
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, and affiliate networks to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Create and manage PR strategies, including partnerships with local brands and influential figures.
  1. Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, CEOs, and key personnel in collaborating companies.
  • Lead partnership initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  1. Trade & Retail Marketing
  1. Retail Activities:
  • Align with the Store Manager to coordinate weekly/monthly in-store marketing activities to drive traffic and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage visual merchandising, procurement, and retail activations like pop-ups, garage sales, and sample sales.
  1. Customer Experience:
  • Ensure all customer-facing materials and interactions are consistent with Floralpunk's brand identity.
  1. Budget Management
  1. Plan and monitor Monthly and Annual Marketing Budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
  2. Manage contracts, registrations, and payments related to marketing activities.Design and execute holiday promotions and experiential marketing campaigns.
  1. Brand Consistency
  1. Maintain Brand Consistency across all channels and campaigns, from planning to execution.
  2. Oversee the creation and use of marketing materials to ensure alignment with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  1. Additional Responsibilities
  1. Product Launches: Coordinate with the product and inventory teams to launch new products across all channels (website, social media, e-commerce).
  2. Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of online and offline promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  3. Analytics & Optimization:
  • Use tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to create reports and optimize future campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to increase online traffic, improve returns on ad spend, and enhance sales conversions.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Min 4 years experience in Retail/ Fashion Marketing with minimum 1 year in leadership role
  2. Good knowledge, deep connection and understanding of local Vietnamese fashion market
  3. Thoughtful and empathetic leader with excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  4. Solid project management skills and proven effectiveness at managing initiatives from briefing to completion
  5. Solid understanding of marketing campaign development and execution
  6. Deep understanding of social media platforms
  7. Good understanding of retail KPIs, CRM
  8. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with commercial awareness
  9. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  10. Solution driven, resourceful, resilient, determined
  11. Strong understanding of digital and retail initiatives
