Serve as strategic support to leadership, providing counsel on all aspects of human resources
Develop and implement policies, programs, and services to support the organization’s mission, values, culture, and goals.
Prepare and manage Human Resources Budget.
Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the annual budget for the human resources department.
Oversee the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality employees
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, maternal leave, etc.
Stay informed of technological trends and best practices in the human resources field and make recommendations to senior management accordingly.
Serve as a resource to employees on all matters related to their employment, including job satisfaction, career development, and work/life balance.
Conduct regular meetings with the human resources staff to ensure that everyone is aware of departmental goals and objectives and that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Prepare reports for senior management on the department’s activities, progress toward goals, and areas of improvement.
Participate in the board of directors meetings as needed, providing updates on the status of the human resources department.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or the related field.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
5+ years experience in human resources management.
Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of national employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
