HR Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support relating to HR activities & HR project management Typical Activities;
- Manage and follow-up Annual leave balance, Overtime, Timesheet manually in order to support monthly Payroll calculation;
- Take in charge of benefit programs of employee to ensure they all understand and are supported by HR Department;
- Prepare Onboarding and Offboarding process for employee;
- Record and process employee information in system (Excel, Acheckin...);
- Assists with planning and execution of internal events/programs;
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing and screen qualified profiles for in-charge positions based on job clarification.
- Other reasonable duties requested by Line Manager
Requirements
- Understanding to Labor Law, HR Functions and employment equity regulations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- At least 6-month experience in related HR positions
