RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demand Planning:
Evaluate quarterly, monthly, and annual commodity forecasts; keep an accuracy level of >80%.
Actively collaborate with the departments of sales, marketing, and trade marketing for action plan by weekly and monthly; monitor results and handle issues; and check stock to meet promotions.
Daily tracking stock level and daily sales to capture over-stock/out of stock/short shelf-life/oversold to have quick action of ad-hoc shipment/delay shipment or raise issue to related Dept.
Allocating warehouses and transferring inventory to branches across the country based on forecasted goods quantity and actual demand.
Monitor and evaluate the annual forecast plan compared with the actual goods situation from the beginning of the year to the time of evaluation.
Weekly/monthly report as required by the line manager.
• Purchasing plan
Prepare purchase orders and follow up approval from related departments.
Keep the active SKU list/ Vendors database updated with logistics details.
Make and monitor and evaluate the purchase plan from the beginning of the year to the present time.
REQUIREMENTS
A university degree in a related field.
At least two years of experience in the intended demand field.
Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presenting skills are required.
Data analysis prowess.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Excellent Excel skills.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
