1. How can I purchase your products?

You can shop our products via:

For international orders

Please create your own account on our website www.floralpunk.com to place an order via our webshop. We accept payment via Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

For national orders within Vietnam

Please contact us via Facebook Message on www.facebook.com/Floralpunk, or text our phone number (+84) 1286509966 through Viber or SMS and state the following information:

“1. Your name

2. Name of the product

3. Quantity of the product

4. Your address

5. Phone number”

Our Customer Service will provide you with further info about payment & shipping upon your specific order. In brief, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Ho Chi Minh City and prepaid bank transfer for other cities in Vietnam.

2. Does Floralpunk have a store in Hanoi?

Right now, Floralpunk doesn’t have our store in Hanoi yet but you can order our products online. We will ship it to your doorstep within 2-3 days after receiving your payment. 

 

3. Does Floralpunk ship internationally? 

Yes we do. We deliver our products to wherever you are via air mail. You can read more about our shipping fee & procedures on Shipping & Return page. 

 

4. How long will it take to ship my products? 

It will normally take 2-3 days for shipping within Vietnam. For international orders, it will take 7-10 days within Asia and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. If you require faster delivery service, please contact us via hello@floralpunk.com for more details on additional fees.

 

5. Does Floralpunk accept Mastercard/Visa?

Yes we do accept them online and in-store. 

 

6. I'd like to return a product that I purchased from your shop. Do you accept returns? 

Yes we do. Please follow the detailed instructions on our Return Policy page to return the item. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns outside Saigon. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees in this case.  

 

7. Are Floralpunk products self-designed or imported?

Our product are specifically selected and imported just for you : )
